2026 Weekend Conference - The Heart of Authority: LOVE

The Heart of Authority: LOVE. Taking place October 9–11, 2026.

What does it mean to hold authority and to be held by it? What becomes possible when leadership is informed by love?

Together, we co-create a temporary learning community and study what actually unfolds within it: how leadership emerges, how power moves, and how authority is exercised, challenged, and transformed in real time. Through the lenses of Leadership, Opposition, Vulnerability, and Empowerment, members engage these questions through lived experiences.

This work is especially relevant at a moment when institutions are being questioned and leadership is being reimagined. No specific professional background is required only curiosity, and a willingness to engage.
